<p>One of my very top choices is Brandeis. The distance is fairly far for my family to travel, but we’re up in Massachusetts twice a year to visit family. Unfortunately, Brandeis doesn’t offer tours/info sessions while we’re in MA, but we’ve visited the campus on our own and followed the self-guided tour printed from their website. We saw basically everything that a student-given tour would see.</p>
<p>I’m a bit concerned because Brandeis seems to highly value demonstrated interest, and I want them to know that I /have/ visited their campus, even though I didn’t fill out any kind of card. Is there a place I can put this on the common app, or slip it into the “Why Brandeis” question? Will it significantly hurt me that I’ve never taken an official tour?</p>
<p>I’m in MA now, until Sunday, so I could potentially visit again if it would help, even though I saw everything already. </p>
