Self-Help and Outside Award Reply Form

I’ve already sent in my Self-Help and Outside Award Reply Form that came with my acceptance envelope.

I just got more scholarship money, but I can’t find another copy of the form to fill out and send in.

here you go
[MIT - Student Financial Services](<a href=“MIT Student Financial Services”>MIT Student Financial Services)

question - on that form, is it absolutely necessary to report all outside scholarships? what if the check is made out to the student? would it be unethical not to report that scholarship on the form, but still to use it to pay college costs?

Yes it would be unethical. It is an outside scholarship you should report it. If you are not sure then ask them.

I don’t think it really makes a difference, does it?

In one case, they charge you less. In the other case, you have more money to pay the extra…

Am I misunderstanding something here?

BTW: thanks for the link!

Another question:

This is my second, revised form. Do I mention again the scholarships I already filled out the form for last time? Or not?
