<p>Not sure what your are asking. I am pretty sure the college picks whom they want to be in Scholars. Once they pick you then you can select which learning program you want to join.</p>
<p>You could contact the director of the scholars program and ask, it doesn’t hurt to ask. Let us know if it works. The programs that usually get filled up first are the business-related and international-relations ones, I believe.</p>
