I’m not exactly sure where this goes, or if a similar thread was created, but is it generally frowned upon by colleges if they see that I’m taking/took (future) an AP exam through self-studying, and then was enrolled in the course the following year? Since I really have no classes to take up my blocks, I had to place in Psychology into my senior year, but I’m already taking the Psychology AP test junior year (this year). Is this considered a negative when colleges see this?

No. But if you get a good score on the test, there’s no real need to take the course next year.

Yes, but I don’t have a class to fill that block, so I can either take an off-block or psychology. I wasn’t sure which seem like I was “slacking off” more.

Have you taken APUSH?

Not yet, I’m taking the APUSH exam this year. I attempted to sign up for European History next year, but there was a conflict, so unless I can convince the teacher to move the class block… I could do that. Would European history be recommended instead of taking the psychology class or an off-block? I would probably get a much lower grade though…
