Self Study w/ AP prep books?

<p>is it a good idea to self study subjects (over the summer, mainly calc bc and physics c) with ap prep books such as pr, barron’s? or is it better to actually get a textbook?</p>

<p>I self studied AP Psychology a little bit during this summer already, for AP Psychology get the Barron’s AP Psychology 2nd edition with or with not the CD-ROM!</p>
