Self Studying Biology and parts of Physics?

I have very minimal knowledge of bio, so how hard is it to self study for the Bio SAT? Also, I looked over the Sparknotes Physics review, and I have learned about 60% of the information; is it possible to learn up to Thermal Physics. [SparkNotes: SAT Physics](<a href=“SparkNotes: Today's Most Popular Study Guides”>SparkNotes: Today's Most Popular Study Guides) Is it possible for me to self study the rest and still do well on the SAT?

What books do you recommend for Physics and Biology?

I self studied about half of physics. A lot of the material wasn’t covered in school. I liked the Princeton Review book.

Did you just study from the Princeton Review book or did you just use it for practice problems?
