Self Studying Physics with no knowledge prior?

The school I want to go to requires a physics/chem SAT subject test.

Here’s the deal:

Chem, I suck at, but have prior knowledge, school has teachers willing to help

Physics, parents good at it, heard has a better curve, no prior knowledge at all

So which to pick? What books to study from? HELP!

Physics is pretty easy.
A lot of the questions are like…

If the length of a pendulum is doubled, what happens to the period of the pendulum.
T = 2pi(sqrt(length/g))
We can see that if the length is doubled, T is multiplied by sqrt(2)

Is it possible to get a 750+ if I study my butt off this year?

Yeah, it depends on how dedicated you are and how quickly / efficiently you can learn physics.
