Self Studying Questionaire

For the following APs can you guys please answer this: Physics B, Statistics, Chemistry, and Biology

Should it be studied with a textbook or a AP Review Book.?

How long will it take to study everything (assume an hour a day)?

Do traditional AP self study ers do well on them?

O yeah…

What textbook or review book (if you have any suggestions)

That’s a pretty hard self-study list. Are you sure you can handle them?
Nevertheless, I think that Physics B and Chemistry should be studied w/
textbook, and Biology and Statistics w/ a AP Review Book (Barrons for Biology)

Def not doing all 4… rather i was gonna pick 1 MAYBE 2

oh okay, I think that AP Biology and AP Stats are the must self-studyable in that case.

i dont know about stats…but bio is mostly memorization. nevertheless, it is an overwhelming amount of material to memorize if you’re doing it alone.

did you exhaust all your other self study options?
psychology, environmental science and human geography are the easiest APs so you might want to take a look at those
from your list i would say Stats is the easiest and using Barron’s review book is fine for it

yeah ive takin them all or am already takin the class

damn i gotta make a decision soon

The only one I would suggest is Stats. The others are all lab-based sciences and the absence of laboratory exercises could potentially have a detrimental effect on your exam score. Also, if colleges find out that you have not completed a lab component for each course, they might actually make you retake the intro. course during your freshman year.
