<p>I love Pitt for so many reasons! The academics are great and they have lots of cutting edge research opportunities. Oakland is a fabulous student community with other colleges and many places to go. Schenley park is adjacent. The city of Pittsburgh offers big city features with a smaller city feel; there are so many cultural venues, vibrant neighborhoods, professional sports teams and a wide variety of learning, sports and artistic opportunities. And last but not least, Pittsburgh is true to its reputation for being a friendly town. It’s urban and nothing like the small LAC in the middle of nowhere, but that is precisely why I like it. Pitt is very well integrated into the vibe of the city.</p>
