Are you allowed to sell a released exam, just out of curiosity, and if you do what would happen?

if its released, the collegeboard themselves usually sell it to people anyways

well…i already bought the exam, but would like to make some extra cash, so can I sell it on Ebay or will they catch me and write some “bad” stuff on my college apps.
Thanks.

I suppose so

if its official u can do w/e u want with it, u just cant make copies and sell them

Hmmm, really, because I have a copy of the October 2005 Test which says “Personal Use Only. Not for Resale.” But hmmm, I guess you have the read the fine print on the specific test.

IANAL, but if you bought the exam from CB, you should be able to resell it legally under the [first-sale doctrine](First-sale doctrine - Wikipedia), but like physicsrocks said, you can’t make and distribute copies of it

Wow sorry totally wrong thread, oops :p
