<p>Does anyone know if these apartments are any good?</p>
<p>Never heard of them. Go and visit and see how well the grounds are cared for and speak with any residents if you can. Spend some time walking the grounds and watch how the residents act, especially at night. Ask if insects are a problem and how the management deals with the issue. Check the laundry facilities…are they well maintained and safe? How are repairs handled and how long does it take to have an A/C fixed, for example?</p>
<p>Then go visit at least three other complexes and ask the same types of questions. You should soon get a feel for how the systems work and which works for you.</p>
<p>Be a wary consumer…advocate for yourself.</p>
<p>They are pretty nice, I have a couple of friends living there and I will be as well next year. If you’re looking for a 2/2 or 3/3 they are awesome, however there are better 4/4s in town for cheaper. (Most apartments in town are 2/2 or 4/4) because we were looking for a 3/3 there is a limited selection and they are really the nicest for the price.</p>
