Sending a retaken subject test

<p>I submitted three subject test scores to Princeton in October. Two were 700+, and one was a 690. I knew I could do better on the latter, so I retook it during the last testing date in January. I was convinced that I had done just as badly as last time, so I opted not to have it sent anywhere right away. I just got the scores today and it’s actually a 750! While I’m thrilled about the score, I’m wondering if I should even bother to have the new score forwarded at this point – I’m not even sure when they would get it, etc. I’m really just wondering about Princeton/Harvard since they require three subject tests, and schools requiring only two would have my better scores anyway.</p>

<p>Should I send the new score with a preceding email to admissions that it’s coming? Or should I not bother and laugh about it?</p>

<p>I think there’s no harm in forwarding the score. Perhaps you should email admissions now and ask if you should forward it rather than inform them that it’s en route after you’ve sent it.</p>
