<p>I sent out an optional rec back in December to Penn but I was just notified that my postal service lost the package. Do you think it’ll be too late to re-send it now? Will it make any significant impact to my app?</p>
<p>If you think it will really help you, you should send it again. I’m not sure when they (or if they already have) review all the applications. I applied ED and was accepted and I definitely believe my additional rec helped me.</p>
