I reported that I passed AP World with a four on my application, but do transfers need to send AP scores to UCLA if they don’t need credit for it?

It says here [Sending Official Records - Transfer Students - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/NewBruins/Offl_Rec_Transfer.htm)

“If you passed any Advanced Placement (AP) or higher level International Baccalaureate (IB) exams you must have official results sent to UCLA by the testing agency to receive credit.”

I’m interpreting that sending AP scores isn’t mandatory for transfers…and I don’t want to send my scores so I can save some money haha.
