<p>it’s optional. You can just self-report the scores you want your colleges to know about for now, and submit an official score report later when you know which college you are attending. I think it is $15 per college.</p>
<p>I agree with texas137–no need to send off scores now; self report the scores on the application. Once you get into a college and choose to go there, you’ll be required to send your AP scores to them–so that they can figure out how much credit to give you or help you decide class placement. Check the collegeboard site for fees.</p>
