Your scores are excellent on both tests - sending both will just enhance your application and provide additional strong data points. It is very common for students to take both tests and send all results whether they are required or not, particularly if they are strong scores. There is certainly nothing detrimental about 34-35 ACT and 1530 SAT! Congratulations on your scores and good luck in the application process.
I agree, congrats on those scores! If you are trying to save money during this app season (keep in mind, the costs add up), you can use the College Board score converter to see which score is higher and only send that score to colleges. This will cut down the testing price in half. But if you have a lot of money lying around and wish to spend it on testing, then go for it! However, pay attention to some colleges that recommend sending in all the scores (which benefits you because they will take the best scores to use in your application).
