Sending GRE Results

Do people usually take the GRE more than once? If so, are all of the scores reported, or only the best ones?

Also, any opinions on the computer exam vs the paper exam?

All scores are sent. There are advantages to paper vs. computer as you can go back and forth between questions in the paper version but there are more questions and it takes much longer to get your scores back (as opposed to the computer version in which you get your scores instantly after the test).
I'd suggest the computer version so you will know whether or not you can start relaxing after the test..=).

If you are located in the U.S., only the computer based test is available.

Thank you both! :)

momof3sons: Really? I was curious about that, since I am going to be taking the general GRE soon and on their website for scheduling they didn't mention if it was computer or paper based. I wonder when/if they will transfer Subject GRE tests to computer, as those are still paper, correct?

Either way, thanks from me as well.

It is computer based unless you are taking it internationally. The subject exams are still paper form.
