<p>I’ve heard of people sending in additional materials after being deferred, hoping to tip the scales in their favour. Does anyone know how this works? It’s extremely silly of me to be doing this, but I’ve been agonizing over the short answer essay I sent in about the meaningful activity question (common app) because stuff got messed up and I sent in the lousy version and I wish like anything I’d sent in the other version instead. Does anyone know if anything like this is possible?</p>
