Sending Info to Davis

I will be a freshman at Davis this fall and I need to submit my high school transcript and AP test scores by July 15.

I have requested my high school to send in my official transcript, so that part is covered. However, the Davis website allows me an option of filling in my grades online using the “Course Grade Update form.” Do I need to submit my grades online AND have my high school send in the official transcript, or will the official transcript alone do?

The AP test allows one to mark the college the scores should be sent to right after taking the test. However, for reasons which are not important here, I have marked a different college. I have also lost my AP number, so I cannot request my grade to be sent to Davis via phone. However, I still have my AP number from last year. Will that one work, and if not, what should I do?

Official transcript is good enough.

Your AP number changes from year to year. To get your current AP number:

Keep in mind that it will cost you $ to change colleges now.

Yes the official records are enough. The online form only needs to be used if you failed a course or need to report changes in coursework.
