<p>My employer wants to send recs for me to colleges. But since he is a really busy person and constantly traveling, is it fine to email the recs to the colleges? Or should it be mailed as a hard copy?</p>

<p>It’s fine if your employer wishes to send his recommendation online as long as he/she mentions his Phone number and address along with the recommendation. If he doesn’t send those, your recommendation will probably just be chucked out…</p>
