Sending SAT scores to uni?

When the SAT scores are sent to uni, do they include the percentile or is it just the score?

e.g. i got 730 but its the 70th percentile

so do they both get sent or only 730

both. they receive complete score report.

Do you think a SAT II mathematics level 2 –> 730, 70th percentile is good enough for Cornell, Qatar? I asked an admissions lady at Cornell, Qatar and she told me that there is no need of repeating it but she doesn’t know its the 70th percentile :(

For SAT IIs, score and not percentile is the key consideration. On some tests even 800 does not get you into the 90th percentile. Those taking SAT IIs are usually those applying to high ranked colleges and have very high stats to begin with and thus the percentiles for SAT IIs are skewed. 730 is “good enough” for Cornell but remember test scores are only one factor and even 800s don’t get people “in” to Cornell, it just gets them considered for admission.
