Many schools require an applicant to submit “either SAT reasoning or ACT with writing with several subject test scores”

If I got a 2030, then a 2050 on my SAT with a superscore of 2140 (which is lower than my ACT of 33 with a 10 on my essay), should I even bother sending my SAT reasoning scores? Is it a better idea to only send my subject test scores with my ACT? Also, my sat subject test scores are at 790 for sat math II and 690 for Biology, if a school doesn’t REQUIRE subject test scores but still will consider them they are sent, will it hurt my chances to send my subject tests? My unweighted GPA is a 3.90 and my weighted GPA is a 4.2. Any advice is appreciated.
