Sending scores past deadlines

I sent a rushed report of my SAT scores to UCSC, UCD, UCB, UCLA, UCSB, and Cal Poly SLO (the cal poly deadline was dec 1st) today. What would happen if they receive my scores after the dead line?

Honestly, rushing the scores probably wasn’t the greatest idea in the world because when they’re rushed they come in a different format, which just makes the filing process for schools more difficult. Nothing probably would have happened if they only received it a week or so afterwards, it’s unlikely most schools will be assessing applications in the second week of January. They generally allow some flexibility for everything but application submission.

Could I send them normally, again? And will rushing a score affect my chances of acceptance?

There’s no point to blowing that money. They’ll take them in rushed form, it’s just that you’re normally better off having stuff like that a little late but in the usual format. No, it won’t hurt your chances of acceptance.
