Sending scores with free reports as a junior? And to where?

I’ve taken the SAT, SAT Bio, and I just took SAT Math 2 this January SAT.
That makes it one SAT score, and 2 subject test (1 science, 1 math 2).

Although I am not 100% satisfied with my score (I will retake SAT just once or twice more), I think my score is good enough for most colleges.

I believe that I have met requirements for many college admissions. So I came to wonder,… Is it worth using the free reports to save some money?

And do you have any recommended colleges I can send the report to that is around the level of NYU (or any colleges where 75 percentile is around 1500)?

P.S. I am almost certain that I got a 800 on the subject test I took so I don’t need to worry about getting a bad score.

Ok, it sounds like you need to do a lot of background work.

You are looking for schools “around the level of NYU.” What does that mean? Presige level? Grades level? Admit level? What level??

YOU need to figure out what is important to you and start creating that list. If you put in a little effort - you will find that people here are very happy to supplement that effort.

Re the test scores - we reviewed all the schools my daughter was interestedin. If there were schools that would require ALL tests to be sent…we used the free score reports for those schools. We would have to send the report anyways so we went ahead and did it while we had the free reports available.

Use the free report to send a score report to your safety school (State Flagship?) Best of luck.

My general advice for free score reports is to play it safe. If you are confident that you have achieved high enough scores for a particular school, send the scores to that school.
