sending scores

I sent my collegeboard scores to my colleges before taking the SAT one last time, so that if I got a worse score I wouldn’t have to send it. The transcripts that my school sent also contained these scores.

It turns out I did a lot better on my November SATs, so I resent another CB report to all my schools with the new score on it. To my understanding, they will replace the old report with the new one I sent in. The school transcripts, however, have my old scores on them and I don’t think they’ll send another set.

Do I need to inform them they my most recent scores are on my official report, and the ones on my transcript are outdated? Or will they figure it out.

bump…

Most admissions offices usually look first at your application to see what dates you have taken tests and your self-reported scores. Secondly, they will look at the official score reports sent directly from College Board to confirm your reported scores.

With a few exceptions, they will not take the score(s) reported in your transcripts as official, without CB confirmation. So I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Just make sure your future transcripts show all your scores, if they are going to put any.
