<p>I gave the forms to my teachers without the name and ID at the bottom, downloaded directly from Forms section on CommonApp site. Today I tried to send my completed application to one university and site told me that I have to invite teachers by email before submitting the application. One of my teachers confirmed that she is submitting the form by mail, and when I opened my account and clicked on “School Forms”, there were links to the form with ID and name at the bottom. So, can they submit the forms I gave them (without ID and name), if the university explicitly requires ID number and name at the bottom (like Stanford)?</p>
