Fill out FAFSA & CSSs form by 1/15 with estimated amount.
Send to every universities on 1/15
Correct the forms around 2/10 with exact amount after tax report.
Send the corrected forms to every universities again

My question;
For the deadline 3/1 and 4/15, which is better approach?
1-1. Send twice anyway?
1-2. Just send one time around 2/10?

For the deadline 1/15 and 2/1, how does the financial aid officer work?
2-1. Decide financial aid amount according to the estimated forms and adjust the amount whenever they receive the corrected forms?
2-2. Wait until the corrected forms arrive and then decide financial aid?

I plan on sending the FAFSA twice to all schools. First with the estimated numbers and the with the completed 2006 tax info, this way I am sure not to miss any deadlines.

In order to send a another copy of the CSS/Profile and the FAFSA, with revisions of the (originally) estimated copies, you would have to print out the form(s), make corrections on the hard copies, and then mail the hard copies to the respective schools(i.e., the forms cannot be corrected and re-sent to the schools online)–is this correct? Thanks.

FAFSA can be amended and resubmitted online. Profile needs to be printed out, and amended in writing on the print out…then mailed to the schools.
