Are there any colleges in California that accept senior level transfers? Due to my mom being sick I left school and if they don’t let me withdraw I will be dismissed from UCD for failure to meet minimum progress(units wise). I just want to be able to finish at Davis or anywhere else once she is hopefully in remission or things calm down.

To answer your question, you may find a private that will accept a transfer this late in the game but, none of the UCs or CSUs will do so.
You can probably find a couple of on-line courses that would allow you to continue to make some progress toward your degree.
I would be surprised if davis declined a documented medical leave. If they do, be sure you leave in an orderly manner and preserve your right to attend at some point in the future.
Usually colleges have a requirement that a certain number of units need to be completed through their own school to issue a diploma.
Do you have a therapist who could write a letter supporting your need for a medical leave of absence? Have you spoken with the Dean of Students about your options?
It sounds like you have good reason (family illness) for that failure to meet minimum requirements. You need to speak to someone in administration (the Dean of Student advice above is a good one) to explain your situation. If you can make a good case for yourself, bring documentation, and present a solid academic plan for the next couple semesters, you could be able to stay at UCD. Good luck.
