so, I have the option of taking 6 APs or take 4 APs and a 2 hour Health Science Clinical Course…because I want to do Pre-med in college, will be 4 AP and the Health Science Clinical Course be Ok? or will colleges think I’m slacking off by not taking the other two APs??

Hmmm, I don’t remember when the last time taking four AP’s was slacking, and on top of it, the school will never have known that you had originally had intended to take six AP courses so don’t worry too much about it. Plus it’s your senior year so taking even two is sufficient enough assuming that your junior year had plenty of AP’s in them. Also, you should really stick to what you’re interested in rather than what you’re willing to do to impress the admissions committees because they will definitely appreciate the fact that you have a true passion in your intended major, but that’s just my opinion, and oh good luck :D
