Senior schedule for ivy league

I am currently signed up for these classes:

AP Physics C

AP Psychology

AP Econ

AP English Lang

IB Math HL (took Calc BC and stats last year)

but I really want a zero period so I can get out at 12:15 instead of 2 but none of my classes are offered in zero period.

Would it be bad if I dropped IB Math HL to take Multivariable Calc at a community college even though there might be a chance I won’t get a class at a cc since they get filled up quickly?

My schedule would be:
0. TA

 1. AP Physics C
 2. AP Psych
 3. AP Lang
 4. AP Econ

and Multivariable at community college (if they don’t fill up quickly)

You seem to be wanting two (contradictory) externals to dictate your courses and schedule: to attend a fancy-name college and to go home early from school every day. If you take (and perform well in) courses that truly interest you, the rest should take care of itself, in the school that’s right for you.

Do not drop your IB class, as you have provided a reason not to. I would not gamble and try signing up for a class that probably would not even be available. Although if that is a route you would like to take, try talking to the professor of that mathematics class. Perhaps he or she would allow you to take the class.
