No, they seem appropriate. If you are applying to a top-tier college, you need a schedule like this.
Well it depends on how you are as a student. Doesn’t exactly look like a fun schedule but you’ll probably survive.
Where is English?
@NASA2014 “Honors Utopia/dystopia” sounds like an English class. One of my senior year English classes was just called “Mystery.”
As for OP, your schedule doesn’t look too rigorous at all. Most of the people I know took 4-5 APs senior year, and we’re all still alive.
It looks fine, but unless you’re going into biology or nursing I wouldn’t double up on science and I’d drop anatomy and physiology.
Does your school offer AP CS principles?

Be aware that basically none of the premed classes have anything to do with medicine. You can have any major and you must show that, on top of being among the best in that chosen field - be it music, French, Economics, anthropology, Neuroscience… - you will also be top 10-20% in a biology class you take with biology major, top 10-20% in a chemistry class you take with chemistry majors, top 10-20% in a physics class you take with physics majors…
