Senior Year Courseload

How much does this factor into admissions and how will my own affect my chances:

AP English 12
AP Spanish
AP Bio
AP Physics B
AP Calc BC
AP Stats

along with extracurriculars, volunteering, sports, jobs etc… of course, but just evaluating this independent of other things

This is one of those things where I doubt anyone can give you an answer that you’ll find satisfying. Admissions looks at applications as a whole, and just looking at a piece of an application doesn’t give you much to go on. Does this look like a course load that a UChicago student might have taken their senior year? Yes. Were people who took a course load similar to this rejected from UChicago? Yes. There’s no way to assess a course list in isolation, even if we knew what went through the minds of Admissions officers.

Edit: To be clear, though, taking a rigorous course load is probably good for your future college application results, and I would guess that this would be considered pretty rigorous.
