Senior Year grades

Hi, I’m currently a senior and I applied to few colleges. I heard back from 2 colleges so far, which I both got accepted into, but those are my “safety” schools. The school that I want to go to is Loyola University Maryland, but the thing is my grade. Freshmen year to junior year, my grades were consistent and ended up with an 90.22 GPA as overall. That was sent to colleges. However, senior year came and I did really well on my first quarter, with a 92 GPA. The problem is second quarter. I got an “F” on my AP calculus AB as a grade, and my GPA overall for second quarter was an 86. I haven’t applied to Loyola University yet, soon though, but I am afraid of them rejecting me due to one “F” that I got. I can’t really explain why either since I can’t change my Common App. My question is do colleges care about overall GPA more than getting an “F” in one class? I know I’ll be working hard for quarter 3.
