So I have 5 C’s or better and 1 F in Chinese 4,
Will I still be allowed to attend UCR?
I took 3 years of Chinese already!

Look at the conditions of your admission offer. I’m pretty sure it says no D or F but check it. Also there is likely a gpa you have to maintain. If you don’t need these requirements be sure to let them know as soon as possible, don’t wait for them to find out. If you already have 3 years maybe they will let you slide.
Contact admissions ASAP. Each UC has a slighty different provisional admission contract, but the rule of thumb is no D’s or F’s or maybe no school. Call them tomorrow and see if you can work something out.
So I have a 50% right now in Chinese 4 and I was just wondering, will UCR rescind my admission?
The rest of my grades are at least a C and I already have 3 years of Chinese.
