how important are our senior year grades for Wash U?? If i have around a 4.0, how bad is it that i’m slacking off already??? (i’m probably going to get like 4 B’s and 2 A’s)…is that REALLY bad??

ummm…how is a 4.0 bad? do you mean 4.0 weighted…cuz thats still not bad

Have you already been accepted into Wash U? Are you a senior this year, and the grades you are talking about for 1st semester?

I would think that WU will look at your cum.grade overall. However, if they see grades senior year drop, there might be some cause for alarm. If these are first semester grades, which I am assuming they are, put more effort into 2nd semester and try to pull all A’s. If you can finish strong, they may overloook the B’s this semester. Although B’s are good, Wash U is very competitive-some people with perfect GPA’s don’t get in. Admissions is really focused in looking at the complete individual when accepting applicants.

Good luck!
