<p>I’m not sure about Irvine, but it would be a bit of a stretch for UW. The SAT IIs are somewhat low. GPA is acceptable, as I believe the ACT is. The thing is that Econ, Calc, and Physics are quite low. It may be a stretch, but I suppose it would depend on what other credentials you have.</p>
