Senioritis?

Somehow I feel that I fell prey to senioritis after I received acceptances to grad schools (one for IndE, another one for physics; I got lucky to get into funded MS programs, plus I received a $10k scholarship to the physics one, with an extra $8k in stipend) but how often do grad schools rescind acceptances because of a loss of academic performance in one’s last semester?

While I worked so hard to get into grad school and make my dream come true (technically, it will come true upon matriculation) I just want to make sure what kind of margin of error I have for my final semester. Knowing my physics-mathematics program, which is at a similar level of rigor to the likes of the Ivy League and MIT/GA Tech, despite it being open-admissions, I believe it is a real issue.
