So I sent 3 AP exam scores to my reach school (UMich) and I got 2s on all 3.
Will this affect my decision? I got As on all those classes (both semesters).

It would be better if you hadn’t sent them, but schools put a lot more weight on performance over a full year of the class than a single 1-3 hour exam.
Impact on your application would be negative but very small.
