<p>ok i just read this on ucr’s site</p>
<p>“All on-time documents received with a post-marked date of July 15, 2011, may take up to two weeks to process and show as received on your MyUCR account.”</p>
<p>so i’m assuming that means so long as its post-marked on july 15th or earlier it will be accepted.</p>
