I have no idea about the logic of this sentence. It seems like the blanks are supposed to contain opposite words. I know what all the vocab means.</p>

<p>novelty is something new, but kind of short lived, and the word durable means it’s will last for a while.</p>

<p>i usually go through each of the choices, and look at one side of the answers to see which ones fit the first blank.</p>

<p>then i got down the other side and eliminate which ones don’t work.</p>
