<p>do we have to use the teacher recommendation form? can i just send my teacher’s recommendation without the form? the teacher that wrote my a recommendation is extremely busy and he doesnt have time to fill out the form. do you think it is alright to send it without the form? </p>

<p>Yes, definitely check with the school first; since NEU has a specific form for teachers to fill out they may not accept another kind of recommendation unless it includes the information they specifically ask for on their form. Given the huge number of applicants they receive and their current selectivity rate, and if you really want to attend this school, you don’t want to risk your chances by submitting unacceptable materials.</p>
<p>I would call and just want to add one other note. If they are okay with the letter, make sure your social security and other identifying information is included with the letter…</p>
