The ironic part is how much I actually consider math to be my weak point. Personally, I had hoped for a 35 because I do want to apply to the top liberal arts colleges…

So what do you think CC? Take again?

Study more, take again, push for 36.

You can probably do it.

Figure out the ones you missed, and, again, study like a mad-person.

Study effectively and retake for the 35 if you really want it. Many people on here will tell you not to retake and that a 33 is “a great score for everybody”, but if you’re not satisfied with your score, then you should retake.

They were up about 8:30am this morning. Like I’m ecstatic guys.

I got a composite of 36!

English 36

Science…35 xP

but the essay score isn’t here yet.

Still no scores. Thank you, ACT. I am a mess right now. ): I even called up and the guy told me there was nothing wrong, and that my scores just haven’t been posted. I need to know if I need to sign up late for the 10/23 test or not. I think I’m just going to do it tonight since late registration ends tomorrow. Better to be safe than sorry I guess. I’m happy I’m not the only one still anxiously awaiting scores. I hope they come up tomorrow!

Mostly happy, though I swear I did better on the science. Oh well, that’s not bad I suppose.

I got:
Composite 34
English 35
Math 33
Reading 31
Science 35

But I got a 10 on the essay, so now it says that my combined English/Writing section score is 33, which would drop me to a 33 composite. Will colleges consider that a 33 composite or will they just go with what it says?

^ No writing does not affect your composite score.

Does anyone know how they get a combined English/writing score? Also, if you took the writing on one ACT, can you use that towards a different one? Or is that super scoring… Thanks guys!

Finally got my scores !! However, much disappointment. Ew. 27. Went down. Had Strep when I took the test though, so I was expecting this. Good thing I signed up for the October one. (:
Reading dropped for a 31 to a 28! I certainly was sick…

Just checked my writing… Got a 9. Still sucks but its better than my two 7s. lol Writing is a joke.
