Serious urgent help needed

I’m having a serious dilemma on whether or not I should go abroad for college. I’m 19 this year. When I think about going away, sometimes I get a panic attack (I get very anxious/panicky, start to sweat but feel cold, breathless, nauseous, weak and my heart beats faster). I’m not sure whether waiting another year would solve this problem. When I get these panic attacks, I’ve a strong urge to stay home. On the other hand, I’m not in favor of going another year without studying. I like studying. What should I do? If I wait another year, that means I would be 19/20 when I begin my freshman year!

Please, please help.

Thank you.

19/20 isn’t that old. People have started college later than that. I say go.

But if you’re black don’t go to Mexico.

I don’t follow you. Why do you have to go abroad in order to study? But in any case,
you should get treatment for panic attacks. They don’t tend to go away on their own.

Going abroad to the US. I’m not in the US right now and I made a mistake of not applying to the university in my country this year.
