Setting Up For Direct Deposit, as Opposed to Receiving Checks from UCLA?

Guys,

I recently waived my UCLA UC Ship Health and received $400 in the form a check. Little things here and there have resulted in my receiving a check from UCLA, however it’s been sent to my folks’ home 100 miles away, when I’m wanting to personally receive it myself.

The true successful outcome here would be to have it directly deposited into my account and am wondering how to go about it.

I’m imagining it would be through URSA, or maybe by visiting an office on campus.

Guys, any guidance is genuinely appreciated.

Cheers!

Visit Murphy Hall to get a form to set up BruinDirect. There’s also probably a link to it online somewhere

Holidays,

Wait, can i waive my health insurance thing too! I domt need it

Razi,

Go on Ursa and there should be an area to waive your SHIP near billing. I don’t know if its too late but it can’t hurt to look (I already waived mine)

It’s too late for fall, but you should be able to waive it for future quarters

I Went on the link and pressed next till it said that the transaction will show up within 3 buisness days. does that mean its done?

i waived mine over a month ago, but i haven’t received a check yet (i don’t have bruin direct)

^that probably means you never paid it. Check your statements on URSA
