<p>My friend applied to SFSU regular decision just like I did. He told me he already got accepted and he has a lower GPA and less extra curriculars than I do. The only thing I can think of is that my application might have been put into a different pile because I applied as a Biology major and I’m sure he didn’t apply to anything impacted. Could this be the reason? Why haven’t I been accepted yet!? Am I just being paranoid/should I expect something in March?</p>
<p>I think it has to do with the major you picked. For example, one of my friends got into CSUN already, while my other, who’s applying for a music major, won’t hear until much later.</p>
