As I understand it, new frosh and upperclass dorms opened in 2010, a new science building opens in 2017 and new dorms are being built now. I agree about the info session. In 2014 we were told something similar and I also found it kind of off-putting. If the goal of an info session is to get kids to apply, that’s an odd thing to say. I think everyone knows their admit rate is low, no need to bring it up, I felt.
