Sharing Corn Bread Recipe

<p>I found and tried a cornbread recipe that I think is very good. It’s easy, and not too sweet…so I thought I would share!!</p>

<p>Preheat oven to 425</p>

<p>2 Boxes Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup canned cream corn
1 cup sour cream</p>

<p>Mix all together. Either back in a 9x9 greased pan, or in muffin tins for 25 minutes (I found that they needed a tad longer to be golden brown on the top). I used muffin papers.</p>

<p>Makes about 18 full size muffins.</p>

<p>These were very tasty but not overly sweet. Nice and moist.</p>
