<p>Is there anywhere I can find a list of things I need to bring with me to Caltech this fall? Specifically, does the Tech provide sheets?</p>

<p>There should be a list like that in the packet you get this summer. Caltech housing used to provide sheets in past years, but I think they’re discontinuing that service this year as part of the budget cuts.</p>
<p>Yea, I assumed that, but my mother likes to get everything really early for some reason.</p>

<p>Incidentally, the flyer that you get sent advertising “other peoples’ sheets won’t fit” are a ripoff. Just buy extra-long twin sheets from bed bath and beyond or a similar place and you’ll be perfectly fine.</p>

<p>There’s a suggested packing list on page 22 & 23 of the orange/red booklet called “Caltech New Student Information Guide 2006-2007”</p>
<p>Yup, they cut the towels too. I used to love being able to use those to keep my car seats clean after Ultimate Egg, rather than getting my own towels dirty.</p>
<p>Well, that’s just awful. I’m glad I graduated when I did. Those little conveniences helped make life a little less stressful.</p>
