<p>probably ok for a re-visit to a bahamas or virgin islands school.</p>
<p>Well at my school, people have been wearing flip flops for the past few weeks even though it’s still cold out (nj), because it gets warmer as the day goes on. So I’m wondering too if they would be okay?</p>
<p>I checked to forecast for Andover, MA, and it might be raining, so I’m going to wear either my Hunter rain boots (though they might be too squeaky!) or Minnetonka Moccasins if it’s not too wet.</p>
<p>ok so what you do is- go to Wisconsin or Minnesota. Get some Fly Fishing Boots. Wear them to Revisits. Act like they’re the hot new thing. ;)</p>
<p>Seriously dude, buy yourself some nice loafers or a new pair of sneakers. You’ve gotta make a nice impression. no offence but I think they might not be thrilled at the sight of some1 wearin’ flip flops ;)</p>
<p>If you’re a girl you can just wear flats, since you’re probably gonna be walking a lot.
I’m gonna wear some colorful tory burch’s 
but I heard at Deerfield you can just wear whatever on your feet so if its warm enough maybe flip flops.</p>
<p>Folks…if you are going to revisit days, you have been accepted, so you don’t really need to worry about making a nice impression. Your shoes should be comfortable because you can end up doing a LOT of walking each day when you attend boarding school.</p>

<p>A school may revoke your admission if you pull out a cigarette (legal or otherwise) and start smoking on your revisit day.</p>
<p>A school may revoke your admission if you start using a tirade of expletives during your revisit day.</p>
<p>A school may revoke your admission if you show up for your revisit day looking like a “lady of the evening”.</p>
<p>A school will NOT care at all if you wear sandals on your revisit days. Let’s use a little common sense here.</p>

<p>Of course. I understand that. My hyperbole-laden post was meant to point out that this discussion was getting a bit silly. No school is not going to care about a revisiting student wearing sandals from the point of view of respect either. And if they do, I suggest finding another school while there’s still time.</p>
<p>I think the point of this was to find ideas for shoes to wear that will make you feel comfortable and at the same time feel like you fit in. I don’t think anyone is trying to impress anyone.</p>
