I came across a small jewelry business that sells online. She makes necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and keychains. Many of her pieces have scripture inscribed on the back, but she also has a few products that are collegiate (UGA, U South Carolina, Clemson - she lives in S.C.). She will also do custom work. I bought a single strand cross necklace for my mil and sil, and then bought the double-strand one pictured below for me. I also bought a pair of her light-weight dangle earrings for a friend and myself. I’ll try to insert photos of my necklace and earrings. Fear not! I will not wear these together!
The owner (who is pictured in the photo I will attempt to insert below) is easy to work with and the shipping was fast. I am having her make a custom piece for me as well. So, there was a little for others and a little more for me!
So now that Christmas is over, I’ve done a “little for me.”
I ordered a shirt on sale at Lulu, and I ordered 4 things from a company I’ve never ordered from before - Outdoor Voices. Hopefully I will like the things, but they offer free returns, so I was willing to try. I thought I found a 30% off coupon, but turned out it wasn’t valid. I got 20% off, so I went with it.
I ordered from Outdoor Voices last year. Or at least I think it was last year lol. A family member had a great discount code through her job. I ordered two sleeveless tops which I love. They are a bit short but work with high waisted bottoms. I got a front zip sports bra which I love the feel of but is a bit hard to zip. Two pairs of bottoms. The pair I didn’t think I’d like I love. They have a different waistband that looks like it would fit but they do and the waist stays up. The 2nd pair I loved the color but I don’t wear as much as I find they don’t stay up as well. Hope you love what you get. New exercise clothes are so fun.
I haven’t ordered anything for myself but I still have a few days left in the year.
My last Christmas order hasn’t arrived. It’s all for me (sewing stuff), but I’m getting angry that I haven’t even received a shipping notice but they keep sending me emails and ads to buy more. Nope, not going to order anything else until you send the stuff I’ve already paid for.
